Commercial bridging loans are normally used to complete on one property whilst awaiting the sale of another, to buy commercial property on auction, for a property development project but also can be used by a business to pay tax or as a cash injection.

Usually credit history such as CCJs defaults arrears or other bad credit scores don’t affect commercial bridging loans as the finance will be secured on other property or assets that clients have.
